Vending Machine Price Labels

When I last looked for price labels for my vending machines, I spent hours on the internet trying to find what I was looking for.  I think I remember finding a site that had price labels for about $20.00 per sheet!  That was quite a bit more than I was willing to spend on a sheet of labels, so I came up with my own solution.

I found Avery brand blank sticker sheets (1/2″ x 3/4″) at my local office supply store.  The ones I have pictured here are Avery Multi-Use 1/2″ x 3/4″ white labels (number 5418).  The labels themselves are small enough to fit on the very limited space on an Antares coin module.  The sheets fit in my printer so they look finished and professional.  Avery also makes silver metallic labels which I like much better, but I have a laser printer.  The metallic labels will apparently only work on an ink jet, so if you have an inkjet printer, you might want to consider those.

One last thing to consider is that the labels I use are just paper.  This means if they get wet from a can of sode that exploded or water dripping from your hands, they will stain and look water damaged and worn.  Fortunately, they are very easy to replace.  I always keep a couple spare sheets of my most common ones in my clipboard.

I have the templates I use available for download here.  You can easily modify the prices or backgrounds in Microsoft Word.  I hope they help!
